5. DUPR Information

If you provide DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) information, you represent that this information is accurate. We may use this information to organize fair and balanced league play.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
